1. About Lactiq

Lactiq is operated by Digital Beacon Pty Ltd (ABN 31 120 940 114), based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Products are manufactured in China and shipped to customers within Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

The founding offer is limited to 150 boxes at $57.50 per box of 10 sachets, available until 31 October 2026 or until 150 boxes are sold, whichever happens first. After that, the price is $70 per box of 10, ongoing. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity any one customer can purchase, particularly during the founding offer, to keep it genuinely limited.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time you place your order. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping

The founding batch is expected to ship late October to early November 2026, with standard Australia Post delivery taking a further 3–5 business days once dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. We ship within Australia only at this time.

5. Refunds and your rights

If your order doesn't ship for any reason, you'll receive a full refund. This is your right under the Australian Consumer Law, and we honour it without requiring you to ask.

Beyond that, the Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that can't be excluded — including a remedy if a product has a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

6. Health and safety

Lactiq is a sports nutrition product, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, talk to your doctor before use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children.

7. Intellectual property

The Lactiq name, logo, branding, and the content on this website are owned by Lactiq. You're welcome to link to or share pages from this site, but not to reproduce the branding or content commercially without asking first.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lactiq's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a different outcome.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
